  C)Scope:	Detailed Assessment of bridge with severe settlement distresses in RCC Box cells near abutment, including Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Structural Analysis, Design of Remedial Measures and estimates.

  C)Scope:	Detailed assessment using NNDT for root cause identification of sudden failure of identical design tank shaft constructed by same methodology and same agency. The work was a basis of forensic report submitted by the investigation committee.
