  C)Scope:	Detailed Assessment of all the structural elements in three basements upto ground floor, using exhaustive NDT, for necessary repairs/rehabilitation to ensure continued durability of the structure. The construction was halted for two years as the basements were affected by massive floods.

  C)Scope:	Comprehensibbe Structural Audit for repait/rehabilitation measures to ensure sustained structural safety and serviceability of the assembly structure with heavy loading.

  A) Project:	Commercial Building 'TRADE VIEW' at Kamala Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai. --Gr+3 storeyed structure with external load bearing masonry walls and internal re-engineered RCC framed structure.

  C)Scope:	Comprehensive condition assessment and theoretical adequacy check for proposed loading of IKEA retail store along with expected seismic loading for ensuring sustained structural safety and serviceability of the building.
