Managing Director

Mr. Jayant Kulkarni, M. E (Structures)is founder member and Executive Director of Epicons Consultants Pvt Ltd. since 1985. He assumed position of Managing Director of company 1990 and heading the top management since then. He is responsible for overall technical management and administration and finance. He had been leading team from different verticals especially for the job complex nature and large magnitude.

He completed Post Graduation in 1978 form VJTI, Mumbai University. Involved in teaching in VJTI. Further he joined Shrikhande Consultants as a Design Engineer. Simultaneously, being visiting lecturer to Sir. J.J College of Architecture.He completed his P.G. Diploma Indian Aesthetics in 2002.

His expertise includes Conceptual Understanding of Structures, Seismic Design, Seismic Retrofitting, Concrete Technology, Project Management, NDT and Seismic Assessment of existing structures.

Conducted more than 62 workshops (Training Programmes) on different related subjects like Repairs Rehabilitation, Construction Chemicals, Seismic Retrofitting, Concrete Mix Design, Advance Concrete Technology, Seismic design of RCC structure, Design of High Rise Building using different Softwares, Rain Water Harvesting.

He is founder member and trustee of social working organization 'We Need You Society'. Actively involved in Pre-primary Education, Orientation to youth, Trade courses, Upliftment of women since 1987.

He is Fellow of Institute of Engineers (F.I.E),Fellow of Institute of Valuers, Life Member of ISSEand Life Member of ACCE. He is also a licensed practicing engineer registered in 'Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai'.

Ravindra Deshpande

is associated with the company since its inception in 1985. At present he serves as a "Director" and is a part of top management of the company. He is in-charge of structural design Unit III being operated from Dadar, Mumbai -28.

He graduated in civil engineering From VJTI, Mumbai in 1976 and obtained master's degree in structures from the same institute in 1981. After having served with other consultancy firms from 1980 to 1985, he joined the company as young engineer elevated steadily and took charge as a Director of the company in 1992. His expertiseincludes evolving a strong and most efficient structural system for a given bldg. and optimizing the structural design within the frame of I.S. regulations. His unit won the award of "Best RCC structure of Uttarakhand" for ONGC corporate office at Dehradun conferred by ICI &Ultratech.

He is member of various organizations such as institution of Engineers, Indian Society of Structural Engineers, and Indian Concrete Institute. He also serves as external examiner for Institutions like VJTI and BalvantSheth college of Architecture.He takes formal training in Indian Classical Music.

Anand Kulkarni

is 'Director' of the company since 1992. He completed his graduation in Civil Engineering with specialization of in structures in 1987. Further he did his Post Graduation studies in structures from Sardar Patel College of Engineering Mumbai.

He has professional experience of 27 years. He was involved in design of various types of structures which includes Residential Complexes, Highrise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Institutional Buildings and Industrial Buildings.

His expertise includes structural design of high rise buildings (tall structures), Townships and flat slab structures.

He is Chartered Engineer and Member of Institution of Engineers (India)

Arvind Parulekar,
M.E. (Struct.)

serves as 'Director' of the Company since 1999 & is a part of top management of the Company. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the two verticals of the Company named 'Structural Design Unit -II' which handles Structural Design projects with specialized scope & 'NDT' Unit which handles all the assignments related to structural assessment of existing structures using various techniques including NDT.

He obtained his Post-Graduation degree in 1990 from M.S. University, Baroda & immediately joined the Company as young 'Junior Engineer' & travelled his way to become one of the Directors of the Company. His expertise includes Structural Assessment of existing structures including seismic evaluation, analysis & interpretation of NDT results, design of strengthening/retrofitting measures & analysis of structures with special features.

He is member of 'Institute of Engineers '(MIE) as well as life member of 'Indian Society of Structural Engineers' (ISSE). He is also a licensed practicing engineer registered in 'Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai' & 'Thane Municipal Corporation'.

Parashar Moghe( B-Arch)

Serves as the Principal Architect of the company since 2004. He heads the Architectural Interior design & Detail Engineering Division collectively named as ADE.

He obtained his Graduation Degree in the year 1998 from M.S. University of baroda. He is a recipient of 3 gold medals for Architectural design. He has served as Sr. Architect to m/s UDC ( Urban Design Cell), where he bagged design as well as on site experience for five star hotels in India and in the middle-east. He has worked with a senior architects in Mumbai as their Associate where he was exposed to the residential and commercialArchitecture, He also learned the integrities associated with the local municipal Authorities and Statutory Approvals. He has been working as associate with ECPL since his graduation as a freelancing architect, and further joined the company as its Principal Architect. Since then he has gathered experience in the field of Industrial, Institutional Architecture and interior design.

He has undergone training from workshops conducted by CII for (IGBC rating). He is a Member of Council of Architecture (COA) and Indian Institute of Architect (IIA). His skills of painting and music, along with this technical expertise him to produce creative solutions for building types.

Mr. P. P. Pandey, BE (Civil)

serves as Senior General Manager Projects in the company since march 2014 and is a part of core group of management of the company. He is responsible for day to day functioning of project management team and as team leader of the technical staff posted at various construction sites. He handles all assignments related to construction management services such as tendering process, contractor appointment, execution of project and closing.

He graduated from College of engineering and technology Raipur (MP), affiliated to Ravi Shankar University Raipur, MP in the year 1982. He has served construction giants Gammon India, Afcons and IVRCLbeside long previous stint in Epicons. His field of exposer includes bridges, slip forming, embankments and mass excavation, piling and multistoried residential and commercial buildings. Besides being a construction engineer he has rich understanding of concrete properties, mix design, durable concrete and nondestructive testing of concrete structures, repair and rehabilitation of old structures.

He is member of Indian society of structural engineers ISSE.
